The Maintenance and Support Service
At UPET we understand the need for business continuity and we therefore maintain a dedicated client database which is updated with information on the installations and fault history. These records enable our technical team to move in and arrest any situations before they occur and thus maintain high availability of systems. Maintenance and Support contracts are offered to clients where critical systems are in use. Our products are reliable, standards-compliant, and readily available for structured cabling and racking systems.
Quality Assurance

All equipment used by UPET is of the highest quality and sourced from top
manufacturers. Our services are of the highest quality, cost effective and efficient as witnessed by our growing clientele. UPET has clear documented procedures on both corrective action and customer complaint based on ISO 9001-2008 QMS.

The current business and technology trends are making the network more critical than ever, driving the need for nonstop operations.
